AI and the "life function"

Little by little, the artificial intelligence (AI) is being implemented in everyday life but have you ever stopped to think about how much it can influence it? Why is used to assemble a car but it's not tried to set it up in order to solve a social conflict? What if we let humanity be directed by an AI?
Let's imagine that there is the ability to design a database capable of storing all the data that exists in the world, inanimate and animated. Very unlikely, currently impossible possibly, but we make an imagintive effort.
In order to make an AI capable of handling something as complicated as humanity, a function has been thought of that works with this infinite set of variables and takes the form of the image. The grace of this functions and the calculation is that the AI should perform would be to encompass all the "problems" that prevent us from advancing as a species in "grosso modo" or everday situations of any individual on a smaller scale, and through a series of operations the goals would be for this spiral to become a solid line that would be equivalent to the fact that there is nothing abnormal on the entire planet. Hence the function is tornado-shaped, due to the large size of the function would need to calculate the goal iteratively until it converges as I imagine it as it solves all problems /variables taking into account all the other variables. In each cycle the function is minimized until reaching 0 since to do it in a single step is mathematically impossible.
During this process they would also take into account small drawbacks that could arise by emulating the original function but on a small scale.
Then, all the steps performed would be collected into an output that would be like the instructions to follow in the same way as assembling a cabinet.
So, in the hypothetical cas of having the necessary technology to complie the infinite database and have software powerful enough to perform an operation of such magnitude we would have found an optimal and objective way to solve any situation so, having this tool could begin to postulate situations that today escape us as for example could be from physical concepts such as traveling at the speed of light, biological as the cure of a virus or chemical as the synthesiss of a compound capable of disintegrating plastic at the molecular level in a matter of seconds.
So far, everyone I've talket to has given me their insight into how to use it; money, studies, love... but very few have seen any inconvenience apart from the obvious (resources invested to gather information, make AI...). At this point where I convinced/sold them the idea, I like to give another example: Imagine that due to a road damage you suffer an accident that disables your car and the "optimal"solution proposed by the AI is "you must accept it and you don't receive any kind of compensation so you don't have car anymore". Here is when people usually answer me "If I do accept it!", and here is where the first logistics problem appears in our utopian journey. It is not possible to programate the human behavior so, when you don't accept the fact that you will not have car, the function can no longer be tracked as this AI had done the calculations so all the everything must be calculated again. But, even if we try a milion times, the AI will end up at the same point so we could not move forward unless it was accepted that you will not have car anymore. At this point, what is the hidden message? Is AI an option to lead humanity?
